Plagarism not as strict as you think - HACKoonaMatata IIIT Kottayam
Dear Hackers,
The rule for plagiarism doesn't refrain you from using open source tools and libraries. You can use frameworks like bootstrap.
What is not allowed is to take a whole project from sites like github, make minor changes and submit. That will be considered plagiarism.
